HOW TO SET YOUR WATCH
AUTOMATIC

Remove the watch from your wrist. Please do not wear your watch while you wind and set it.

To set the time.

Pull the crown entirely out gently.

Set the time by turning Clockwise to the desired time.

Push the crown back in.

To Wind
-
Turn the crown clockwise until complete resistance is felt.

Do not fear "overwinding"; your watch is fully wound when turning the crown clockwise is no longer possible.

1. Remove the watch from your wrist. Please do not wear your watch while you wind and set it.
2. To set the time, pull the crown entirely out gently.
- If you have a date on your watch, pull the crown until you hear 2 clicks.
- No date: pull the crown until you hear 1 click.
3. Set the time by turning clockwise to the desired time.
Note: Do not counterclockwise: This will damage your timepiece.
4. Push the crown back in.

LONG TERM STORAGE

Avoid locations subject to excessively high or low temperatures and high humidity.
- Time Accuracy: -10 seconds to +20 seconds per day when worn at normal operating temperature between + 41°F and 95°F
- Operating Temperature: 14°F ( -10°C) to 140°F ( 60°C)
CLEANING SUGGESTIONS

Wipe any dirt or moisture, such as perspiration, from the case and crystal, with a soft cloth.
Wristband:
- Metallic: clean with soap and a soft toothbrush. Be sure to thoroughly rinse the band after cleaning to remove any soap residue.
- Leather: Wipe off the dirt using a dry cloth.
CAUTIONS

Be particularly careful when wearing your watch while holding a small child to avoid injury.

Be particularly careful when engaged in strenuous exercise or work to avoid injury to yourself and others.

Do not wear your watch in a sauna or other locations where your watch may become excessively hot since there is a risk of burns.

Be careful when putting on and taking off your watch; there may be a risk of damaging your fingernail, depending on the manner in which the band is fastened.

Take off your watch before going to bed.

Always use the watch with the crown pushed in (normal position).

Do not operate the crown when wet. Water may enter the watch causing damage to vital components.

If water enters the watch or the watch fogs up and does not clear up even after a long time, consult your local watch dealer or contact Eques for repair or inspection.

Leather Bands will deteriorate, worn, deform, and discolor over time due to the natural materials.

The durability of a leather band may be affected when wet, owing to the material's properties. This may cause a rash; if the rash worsens, see a doctor.

Do not stain a leather band with a substance containing volatile materials, bleach, or alcohol (including cosmetics). Discoloration and premature aging may occur. Ultraviolet light, such as direct, may cause discoloration or deformation.

It is recommended to take off the watch if it gets wet.

Do not wear the band too tight; leave enough space between the band and your skin to allow adequate ventilation.
