What is your warranty policy?

We really do value all our customers and want you to shop with confidence. We want you to purchase knowing that you are placing your hard-earned money with a brand that really cares, so we are offering a Lifetime Warranty.

If the watch has any physical or mechanical defects, we will repair it or replace it free of charge!

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns and exchanges.

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

  • We don't accept cancellations.

  • Contact us if you have any problems with your order.

How do I return an item?

Returned or Exchanged

  • Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of delivery. At the moment, exchanges are not available.

 

For warranty claims or parts replacement

  • Please contact us at info@equestp.com with your order number and photos/videos to show the damage and for a faster resolution. 

 

Don't accept cancellations

Conditions of return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What are the quality of the watch parts?

​Nothing but the best for our watches. Each watch is built with the highest quality of steel and brass movement parts.

Can I track my order?

Of course, we will send a tracking number when your order ships.

How long does the delivery takes?

Our free shipping typically takes 3-5 business for the order to be delivered if the product is in stock.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until we ship the item out. 

Are prices shown in my local currency?

All products on EquesTP.com are priced in US Dollars ($ USD). Customers located outside of the United States will see a total amount charged on their bank statement in the default currency their bank deals in. The difference between the USD order total and the amount charged on your bank statement is due to currency conversion from your financial institution.

Do you sell replacement watchstraps?

Yes, We carry spare straps for a limited amount of products.
